Where's that post that's like "daddy issue make you a people pleaser mommy issues make you a sociopath" because goddamn. Taylor definitely has both. Trying not to overstep but it's so hard when every moment of her life is so publicized. The daddy issues are clear in how she treats men and needs daddy's approval in real life and in her music. The man choreographed her making out with Travis on the jumbo screens for fucks sake. She's definitely a daddy's girl but the whole "my mom is my therapist" thing is unhealthy too. Especially since her mom is gross about her weight and apparently wants Kim k dead. Idk what made them get divorced but I wouldn't be surprised if somebody cheated and that gave Taylor such a twisted view on relationships. The whole family is a mess.

as much as I feel bad for her...she is so rich. like she could go NC for the rest of her life with her family and be at peace, but like. she actively works against choosing peace for herself for some reason? she is so dedicated to being unhappy its just...bizarre? idk but what im trying to say is that her parents have been her managers for so long the boundaries that should be there as parent/child and manager/artist do not exist. her father should not be orchestrating PR for her relationship and her mom should not be openly wishing death on a woman who wronged taylor SEVEN years ago. i kind of want taylor to be in therapy but that means she would have to give up her confessional-style lyricism because the only way she can generate her kind of lyricism is to put herself in a state of grief and hurt. imagine being her brother though his life must be insane
